This place has to be the worst American Chinese food I’ve ever had. Simply awful disgusting. Maybe it was good 15+ years ago but not anymore. It’s also closed for dine in like they think they’re going to get Covid. When in reality they just don’t want to pay anyone to re-open and the owner just rat holes all his money. place smells. Just a bad experience. Shouldn’t even be legal to serve food like this.

how does this joint stay in business? how? it's bad!who are these chinese people? who? still in their chinese mental cave. clearly, they have not been americanized! if they were, their customer service would be 100% better. it is horrible. the food, it is below average; it is hit or miss. the price for food is ok considering some ok quality items. do i recommend? again 1 or 2 items are ok; many are not good. the customer service is bad as is her english. terrible chinese english; 90% i cant understand her. if the food quality would improve, you may consider to tolerate the bad english and horrific customer service; ugh! i mean horrific customer service; and bad chinese english; extremely hard to understand

They skimp on there portions!And their chicken almond used to be decent but now they overbred it and put a pounded tiny amount of chicken in it. I would not recommend this place.

We have been going to this restaurant for 25 years. Saturday April6, 2024 is the last time for us. Our take out order took an hour to prepare, shrimp fried rice (quart), egg rolls, egg drop soup and Szechuan chicken: Total $64.00. There were exactly 6 shrimp in the quart of shrimp fried rice. The egg rolls were full of bean threads. The Szechuan chicken had four small nuggets of chicken with peppers. Nothing except the egg drop soup was tasty. Such a disapointment and an awful waste of of money. We won't be back.

We drove over there 50 miles twice and learned they were closed inside. We gave them 5 stars for years. Nothing on their web site about take out only. I don't like giving bad reviews but enough is enough. We won't be back.

this restaurant has competitive prices! ?this restaurant makes very good wonton soup, ?this restaurant sells ole ... old pork; the worst sweet and sour pork i've ever tasted; it is hard as rock and tastes old and not fresh? i ordered two (2) x; i informed them that the quality is poor before i placed the 2nd order; still ZERO improvement.it is disappointing that they do not take customer's input seriously! ?

I felt bad that I had recommended this restaurant to my friend. She called 3 hours in advance for a $300.00 order. A traditional family get together. THE FOOD was DELICIOUS, but they did not secure the food in tight containers. trays with aluminum covers. Needless to say, the gravy's were all over the car & clothes of the couple who picked it up. I hope this restaurant invests in large order containers.

Don’t think they even know what Pad Thai IS. Revolting thick brown sauce.The Green Beans w Black Bean Sauce were slightly better, in that the overly salty sauce was so watery, it was pooled in the bottom of the container, so it was mostly avoidable. At least the green beans themselves were fresh and good.Even the spring rolls were weird and nasty inside.They were the only Asian restaurant in the area open for lunch at the time. Definitely not going back. Awful.

This Seafood Wor Ba was expensive and Completely FLAVORLESS…. I had ordered this previously with the exact same woman and she acted as if my English was so incredibly poor that she couldn’t understand me so she hung up on me several times because she doesn’t know the menu. I literally described it to her the way she described it to me and she then acted like I didn’t know what I had eaten before. This place has gone down hill. JUST CLOSE ALREADY. The woman that works here HATES HER LIFE. I asked for chop sticks and she stated “NOT A CHANCE”. She then stated “no matter what you want NOT A CHANCE”. The customer service she provides is best described as CANTANKEROUS. She has an incredibly disgusting attitude but acts COWARDLY as she continues to disrespect you while hiding behind that little barrier. She’s literally begging to be a viral moment. I recorded her atrocious behavior because people like her like to pretend that everyone else is the problem until they are exposed. Another woman gave a review describing this woman as racist. I believe it. I’ve witnessed her treating people differently. I paid $20-30 to throw food in the trash. Don’t waste your time eating here. There are far better places to eat in West Bloomfield. I wish ZERO stars was an option.

Ordered via Grub Hub. Kung pao chicken carton was literally 3/4 full of celery, with only a few actual pieces of chicken. I ordered it hot, but there wasn't a Szechuan peppercorn within a mile of this. There was barely a tingle and virtually no flavor... can't imagine if I'd ordered it mild. General Tso's chicken was uninspired. Egg rolls were acceptable, but no Chinese mustard was included. Although requested, there were no chopsticks. No fortune cookies. Worst Chinese food experience I can remember. No second chance.
