Bought a pre cooked turkey for thanksgiving. Some communication was crossed and the turkey was ruined. Honest mistake and I'll take some of the blame. Plus side is that they made it right and gave me my money back . Didn't expect a full refund but they stepped up. You don't always get good and Honest service, but I did. I will shop there again, as service is just as important as product. Thankyou
