We had a great overall experience! The food was good and our server, Angel, was amazing. She took the time to talk to us and was very friendly. I could tell she was a very hard worker. I will definitely request her when I come back!

We enjoyed a featured fish, the lighting was low and just how we remembered service from our first visit in 2019 despite a remodel! Our waitress Jennifer was amazing and made sure our courses weren't rushed. We stayed for a little over an hour and will probably come back in a week. Our server, Allyah, was professional and courteous throughout our visit. However, our overall experience at J. Alexander's on Northwestern Hwy was disappointing.

We waited approximately 15 minutes for our drinks, which included two Moscow Mules—one made with tequila and the other with vodka—and a Sprite. Unfortunately, the Moscow Mules were not enjoyable; the excessive amount of lime made them overwhelmingly sour. Allyah was understanding and promptly...
