WORST SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED! I went to this location today because I saw a TikTok saying they were having BOGO for national sandwich day. I was informed by the disrespectful woman who made my sandwich that you had to have a coupon that was mailed to you. I should’ve walked out then. The woman making my sandwich was rude, slamming the sandwich down, throwing the toppings in with a clear attitude, then the associate at the register was basically yelling at me while I decided what drink I wanted because they had the bottles in one row facing the wrong way instead of having the labels facing the front. I honestly should’ve just left right there but was in a rush for an appointment and hungry. They need to work on their customer service skills ASAP. Don’t go here!! (Just added a picture of my sandwich that was just thrown in the wrapping and tossed around)

I’ve been a regular customer at Jersey Mike’s for the past couple of months, and while I generally enjoy the food and service at other locations, my recent experience at this particular store was disappointing. During my visit this past Monday, I felt rushed by one of the staff members—a young man with several tattoos.

While I typically don’t comment on individual employees, I’ve noticed a recurring issue at this location. Despite often being the only customer in the store, the service feels hurried and impersonal. Additionally, the staff sometimes begins preparing sandwiches “Mike’s Way” without first confirming with the customer, which is a concern that should be addressed.

Although I’ll continue to enjoy Jersey Mike’s at other locations, this experience has led me to decide that I won’t be returning to this specific store.

Been there a few times now and I appreciate how quickly the sandwich is made and that the staff is polite and friendly. Sandwiches made well. Haven’t been back to Subway, since Jersey Mike’s came to town. Don’t plan to either.

Very unprofessional place no one sterilizes their hands just putting gloves on. I asked the young lady if she could sterilize before making the food. She disregards and continues to have conversations with other employees. Not sure how they’re passing the sanitation laws. This place is filthy🤮🤮🤮.

It’s really a sad experience when your order is prepared incorrectly for a $30 sandwich and you get to find out about that when you sit down at home excited to eat after a long day of working hard and having not eaten anything. A really sad experience indeed.

This is one of the nicer locations of Jersey Mike’s. The staff is always friendly and the store is clean. The food is always replenished.

Kid-friendliness: My kids love all the options.
