I grew up in a big city where mom & pop Italian restaurants are/were a dime a dozen, it’s hard to find that style of Italian style restaurant anywhere in the suburbs but Nonna Marie’s hit the nail on the head. Food/atmoshere/desert/wine-selection were spot on. Vegan/Veg and dietary options are also available.

Nonna Maria's is a very family style type of Italian restaurant, by the name Nonna, I would assume they have all the best home cooking recipes from Nonna Maria.

The restaurant is a conversion of a house, not very spacious but very welcoming. The interiors and layout makes you feel like having a nice dinner at home.

Softshell crab was superb. Did not like the house salad at all. Unimaginative with 'sour or bitter dressing and chicken peas which do not belong whatsoever. Bread is good. Service is good. Non-alcoholic cocktail was one of the best I've ever tasted. Couldn't tell you what the crab was served with it was so forgettable. Pricy.
