No Public Restroom
I'm not sure why it is legal for you to not have a public restroom, but just for that it's a one star review. People have beverages and food here you NEED to have a public restroom.
Told me I was going to have to wait for the DoorDash order when the bag was right there but I didn't even know it.
The guy didn't even bother to reply to me saying have a good day.
You're lucky I'm not in charge of the city/county because I'd shut this place down for not having a public restroom

Really disappointing. All the food somehow tasted watered down. I could probably make better Thai food at home and I hate to cook. I ate just enough to not feel hungry, but the rest of the food was left behind. I don’t mind when a restaurant has diy decorations, as long as it is clean. This restaurant sadly did not feel clean, especially the bathrooms. On top of all that, the service was slow. I will not be returning.

The food is amazing. Best Hot & Sour Soup I’ve ever had. The Fresh Rolls are crisp full of flavor. I had the Pad Thai which was the best I’ve found in the area so far. And our waitress was attentive and friendly. The atmosphere could use a little work. The decor and music need to be updated. But the food is second to none
I ordered the Pad Kow (medium spice) and it was absolutely fantastic—full of flavor, perfectly cooked, and just the right level of heat. My date had the Curry Fried Rice, and it was just as delicious, rich and aromatic with amazing seasoning.
On top of the great food, the atmosphere really made the evening special. The music added a warm, inviting vibe that made us want to linger and enjoy the night.
Sawasdee is definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to for authentic Thai food and a great dining experience!

Great food but it took a long time compared to other Thai places in the area. It wasn't busy either, we were the only table and maybe 1 or 2 carry out orders behind us.
My main complaint is the music they had on. It was the worst country pop music I ever heard. It would make Waylon Jennings roll over in his grave this stuff was so bad. Such a shame because it was nice and quiet when we got there, then the staff turned this crap on the moment we sat down. Almost made me walk out it was so bad.
The food really was delicious though, absolutely no complaints about that.

Since the new owners took over the prices went up and the food is LESS THAN HALF of what you used to get. For the Pad Ped they stopped cutting the skin off the eggplant and don't cook it well like the old owners so its hard and not well cooked. And you'd be lucky if you got more than 2 pieces.Use to get enough to get another meal out of it but with the new owners you don't get enough to fill up half a bowl and that's not an exaggeration. It is now mostly sauce. And I noticed a lot of people say the same thing about their carry outs. After getting carry out 3 times I figured that's the new norm so I found a new place called SIMLPY THAI in Wixom. Their Pad Ped is $13 compared to $17.55! And you get MORE THAN DOUBLE the amount! Their Satay is $9 for 5 pieces compared to $13 for 4 pieces! So im saving more than $8, getting MORE THAN DOUBLE the amount of food and it's delicious!
Ordered takeout thur the online ordering system. The food was horrible, me and my friend got sick and the third party ordering system refused to refund us. I paid $67 for 3 dishes that were very small portion sizes. Hopefully i can get my money back cause it was a complete waste of money

Great service, beautiful restaurant, good food. I was in the mood for Thai food, and I'm so grateful this place is so close to home. I ordered pad Thai and crab rangoon. While it wasn't the best pad thai I've had, the food was hearty and made exactly as I'd ordered it. What I lived the most was the beautiful interior of the restaurant. I'll be sure to come back to dine in and order something else.

The food was delicious! My partner had been coming here for years and picked up some for lunch. We got the Chicken Satay, Sesame Chicken, and Peanut Curry. I’m really big on getting a good value, and I got 4 full meals out of the peanut curry, which made it a great value for me! If you’re someone who eats a lot at one time though, the prices might not be worth it for you.

BEWARE! MICE! I went to this restaurant tonight to eat and as I open the door, 2 mice came running out! So I did not stay to eat! This place is obviously unclean and filled with pests. I will be calling the health department ASAP.

The flavors were undeniably authentic in some dishes. The Tom Yum Soup had the perfect balance of sourness and spice, with fresh ingredients like lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves shining through. L
The ambiance needs improvement and not inviting, The staff was friendly and eager to assist, though their attentiveness was somewhat inconsistent.
Some dishes fell short of expectations. The red Curry, for instance, was overly sweet and lacked the depth of flavor one associates with a good Thai curry.
