The most authentic Japanese restaurant in town with top-notch food quality!
The sushi and sashimi are very fresh, the tempura has the perfect thin, crisp coating, and the shrimp inside was cooked perfectly—very tender, unlike many places where it’s over-fried and becomes chewy.
The service could be improved a bit: when we called, they told us there would be about a 30-minute wait. When we arrived, a table was available, but the waiter asked us to wait anyway. When I asked a different waiter, he seated us right away.
Also, we ordered two appetizers. The waitress brought them over together but only placed one on the table. We waited a long time for the second appetizer, and it didn’t arrive until we were almost done with our entrées.
Despite the minor service issues, the food was excellent. We will definitely go back and recommend this place!

If you love Japanese food, you absolutely have to visit this place!
I love the way the restaurant looks, it truly makes you feel like you’re in Japan.
The food is incredibly fresh and delicious, the service is super fast, and I think the prices are very fair.

They have a Korean assistant chef, not the Japanese man with glasses. The Korean chef can come across as rude to unfamiliar customers. The food is average and overpriced, and it seems they source many products from one world market same brokerIf you’re looking for a place to drink, this might be what it’s best at.

Delicious food, friendly and respectful service, attentive wait staff that refilled our hot green tea often and without us needing to do anything

Very classy vibe with excellent service. Very fair prices for this level of sushi. The sabano oroshini mackerel stew hot appetizer was exceptional

What a wonderful surprise. The atmosphere and courteous staff is like a breath of fresh air. So grateful for them taking the time to educate and share what their delicious menu has to offer. I will be back with family and friends! Thank you! 😊

Authentic in every way. The owner is working behind the sushi bar.
Not my FAVORITE sushi place, but would go again.
Super polite and tentative staff. Cool atmosphere.
I wanted to love it but it's dry. The chicken was dry, the veggies were dry, the sushi was dry, even the sake was dry lol. It's not amazing but it's not bad. Id personally go elsewhere but if you're in the area it's not a bad eat.
This was our first time here and we drove quite a distance on the recommendation of my son's Japanese teacher.
We got lunch specials. Tonkatsu donburi with cold soba noodles for my son and the lunch set of shrimp and vegetable tempura for me.
I love that hot tea was included in the meal and we also got cold water.
My whole family has been studying Japanese for quite a while and we love sitting surrounded by people who are speaking Japanese. We don't catch everything but we always learn something.
