The food is always great but there always seems to be this Samantha girl at the drive thru, thats what the receipt says her name is anyway, and her attitude is just so awful. From the moment she answers the speaker and until you leave her attitude doesn't improve, no matter how nice or prepared you are. Service goes a long way and she is failing at the most crucial part.
One if the better Arby's to buy from. Fresh, friendly and quick. They always offer my pups a treat as well.

This Arby's in West Branch, Michigan is great. The food is always HOT and delicious 😋 Our orders are always correct, and if we place our order on the app it is always ready when it says it will be. The gal at the drive-thru is always so friendly 🥰

A bit disappointed lately on the amount of meat my roast beefs have. I spend a couple hundred dollars here a month and the portions are not any bigger than what the sliders get.
