We love Applebee's in West Branch Mi! Love the staff they are some amazing people there!
My wife asked for a medium-well done steak, but when she received it, her steak was still a deep pink on the inside. We told the server, who took it back to the kitchen to be cooked properly. When it was brought back out the manager apologized and waited to see if the steak was to my wife's satisfaction, then left. Our server always checked on us and he did everything in his power to see we had a positive dining experience. His name began with a G, but I can't remember the correct...read full review
