After my Pop passed away in April 2011, Mom & I carried on the tradition until her passing in July 2017. This is my first time returning and I will carry on their tradition of Mac's Place. Me and my friends discovered this hidden gem 💎 this summer on our way to Higgins Lake. Not too far from Logger's Depot in West Branch, which is our favorite place to stop on our way to Higgins Lake annually.

The atmosphere is very country like. Not really for kids, but we were welcomed with open arms by the staff even though they knew we were out of towners & all the local patrons there were friendly. Kinda like that hole in the wall place, but if you like that kind of place, you'll ❤️ it here! There is also a digital juke box with any song your heart desires if you want to hear music 🎵 🎶

The owner/manager Brent is extremely nice 😊. He took the time to have a great conversation with us & even gave us complimentary drinks on the house for our generous business & kind words.

I recommend this place to anyone who is traveling up north if you want some good food 😋 & a few drinks 🍷. You'll thank me later 👍“

“Hi-Skore let us throw our daughters 3rd birthday party their over the weekend. Let me just say the owners were SO accommodating to all of our needs! They never got annoyed with my multiple calls prior to the party with questions! Their prices/party packages are the best in town, pizza was DELICIOUS and everyone was so friendly. They also gifted our daughter with a bowling pin for her guests to sign for her birthday! We highly recommend, and decided to sign our daughter up for summer kids free bowling, we're so excited to be visiting more💜“

“Had a great dinner at Applebees a few days ago and it was a great meal. The manager was very nice and accommodating with my husbands meal. His steak was a just a little undone for his taste so they took it back and went above and beyond with his meal. Also the waitress was the nicest lady too, she went out of her way to see that we were happy with everything. Thank you Ken and Arica for a great day.
