“Had a great dinner at Applebees a few days ago and it was a great meal. The manager was very nice and accommodating with my husbands meal. His steak was a just a little undone for his taste so they took it back and went above and beyond with his meal. Also the waitress was the nicest lady too, she went out of her way to see that we were happy with everything. Thank you Ken and Arica for a great day.

“Manager is playing games with metric for time to process an order by making you wait to order at drive thru. Won’t take your order until car ahead of you is driving off. Same problem last year so it’s a pattern.“

We came in with our kids during a busy time, and she handled everything with such patience and kindness. She was attentive, accommodating, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever making us feel rushed. The food was amazing — fresh, hot, and full of flavor. You can really tell they take pride in what they serve. Even in a packed restaurant, the atmosphere was welcoming and upbeat. Huge thank you to Julia for making our family dinner so enjoyable. “We were driving through on I-75 so I looked ahead and saw the West Branch Wendy's coming up. I hopped on the Wendy's app and ordered for it to be ready at 12:30pm. When we arrived, the line of cars was backed up around the drive through and there was a very long line of people inside. We walked in and our order sitting ready on the counter. I kind of felt bad waltzing in and picking up our food in front of all the waiting people. We ate inside and were finished eating about the time the people at the end of the line when we came in were ordering. It looked like they only had one person taking orders, probably understaffed. However, a win for the Wendy's app! I recommend using it if you stop here. Our order was perfect, everything was exactly as ordered.“
