We came in for lunch. It was the tail end of the lunch rush, got sat immediately and waited for our server, she was nice. I didnt say anything but our cheeseburger wanton tacos were cold, not even Luke warm. The wanton was cold, meat everything..and the manager was the one who dropped it off.. he never came and asked how anything was and most of the time they do when we go there. If I'm waiting the total experience it was definitely a 3, not as good as any of the other times...
Great food and service! Only complaint is that it was SO COLD in there, cooled off my food too fast and we were very uncomfortable while we ate!!! Bring a second layer with you for sure.
My wife asked for a medium-well done steak, but when she received it, her steak was still a deep pink on the inside. We told the server, who took it back to the kitchen to be cooked properly. When it was brought back out the manager apologized and waited to see if the steak was to my wife's satisfaction, then left. Our server always checked on us and he did everything in his power to see we had a positive dining experience. His name began with a G, but I can't remember...
