We waited more than five minutes just for our server to come by and ask for our drink orders (they weren’t busy at all), ordered our food, after 30 minutes we asked if we could get the milkshake we ordered, she said she’ll see if it’s done yet and she proceeded to go make it. I could see the shake machine from my seat at the table. We ordered a Philly with no mushrooms and it came out with mushrooms and cold so we sent it back. Got the new one which also had mushrooms on it still and the meat was so dried out but at least it was hot. Manager rung us up when we were done and it didn’t look like he had brushed his hair and his shirt was half untucked, not the total basis for our review but I feel a manager should look more professional. Also saw our server frequently standing around and gossiping which was irritating as our service was extremely slow.

I was happy to see potato pancakes back on the menu so I ordered them to go. The service i received was out standing. Pancakes were horrible and rubbery, no flavor. I was so disappointed. They must have been in microwave.

Shockingly I have never been to a worse establishment, first we order a food and turns out the salad bar (the only reason we came) was closed and then we got are food it was gross we got new fries and they said they needed the old ones, I put a thumbprint in my fry to see if they brought new Fry's and sure enough I got the same fry with the thumbprint. And then the manger proceeds to argue with us. NEVER COME HERE

I was traveling home and stopped at Big Boy for dinner. Love the soup and salad bar. The lady next to me in a booth was doing the same thing. But nope. Soup and salad bar doesn’t exist. Really???? So I Oder a Slim Jim and fries. Waitress brings me out a burger. Then the amount of fries plus the sandwich sits on a small plate. The lady next to me even complained about the tiny serving of fries. Both of us will not be back. She had half of her bun left and the meat was gone. Why is Big Boy reducing the portion size yet the prices are still high.

Don't go here.. really rude manager, "warning" us about asking *ever again* for an extra egg as a substitute because of how expensive eggs are... Petty with her comments and just plain rude.. we just wanted some breakfast 🤷🏻♀️ 😅

Very poor service!!!!!! Waitress kept saying no staff 1 1/2 hours waiting for food 3 other tables ordered after us and got their. Almost missed the parade. Asked for discount on our bill and that didn't happen asked for some cookies that didn't happen.. Well we WON'T be back!!!!!

Very good service. Prices are competitive. Food is better than fast food. Menu is a B+ because it's a wealth of variety. It's too bad that the Big Boy Burger isn't the size or value it used to be. Then what is nowadays? Will I go again? Maybe, if I'm in the hood again.

Surprised it lasted this long, Corporate Covid should have shut this place down back when all of that bs was going on.....in other words, don't waste your time or hard earned money, in this day and age, there are far better choices than this dump.

Surprised it lasted this long, Corporate Covid should have shut this place down back when all of that bs was going on.....in other words, don't waste your time or hard earned money, in this day and age, there are far better choices than this dump.
