I’m writing this after going to Burger King for about the past month. I stopped going to McDonald’s because of the way I was treated by management. Horrible experience there but anyways. Today (1/26/26) I decided on the way to work around 7:20am to stop and get breakfast. The guy who took my order was amazing! I forget his name but he did say it at the speaker. All I ordered was 2 breakfast burritos and was absolutely blown away at the service I got. Now I was there on Thursday and my family and I had lunch inside and it was an awesome experience as well. I believe the guy this morning who took my order was a manager because he had the company hat on. Not a Burger King hat but the company who owns that Burger King. That guy was amazing!! He was genuinely nice and I could tell he actually wanted to be there. I saw him when I had lunch last Thursday as well. This kind of service makes me want to spend my money there. This guy knows how to treat people and I respect that because that’s how I run my show at the gas station. I just want to say thank you because respect and good service goes very far in my book. I’m a local and work right down the road. I just want to say I will be back and be very happy to spend my money there. This kind of service will keep those doors open forever!! I really appreciate it and I will be back to tell that manager that I appreciate his good service. You will be seeing my happy face again. Thanks and GOD bless!!!

BK is my favorite fast food place. I'm a coffee drinker, so I can always get my senior coffee, plus the staff fixes mine the way I like it. I can always , if I want find a deal of some sort, through coupons, or value meals!

We stopped on our way to our cabin and the experience was ricidolus The person taking our order took my food off and then had to pay for it separate and wait for 2 different orders Took over 20 mins to get food - was not busy at all They were all laughing and having a good time Place was freezing cold Aboustely horrible
