Manager is playing games with metric for time to process an order by making you wait to order at drive thru. Won’t take your order until car ahead of you is driving off. Same problem last year so it’s a pattern.

I ordered the impossible whopper meal heavy on pickles only onion add cheese, I didn't get heavy on pickles. They messed my mom's impossible up twice 1st had everything on it 2nd had cheese on it was supposed to be light mustard and onion only. Not worth almost 26.00 for the mess up order. Workers need to clean counter and change gloves more as well. My throat is burning now meaning I came in contact with egg or poultry. I ordered nothing of the sort. 1st time this has happened here.

On August 30 I stopped for breakfast. All was fine except for the lady cooking...loud, rude and miserable. Had co worker crying. When I stop again, if she is there I'm leaving. Ruined my Friday morning.

Loved going here but when you have that girl that was on this evening doing drive through throwing a additude and I can hear the convo is very disrespectful and uncalled for she needs to speak up when she's doing drive through so you can hear her I think it was because we pulled up when she said just a minute and she said it to quiet
We wanted a quick lunch on our way home from Northern Michigan. Burger King in West Branch worked out great. There was plenty of seating, and there was a larger parking lot on the south side of the restaurant between Burger King and Rally's. This was the perfect place to park as we were hauling a large trailer.
Parking: Has a larger parking area on the south side for parking large vehicles or vehicles pulling trailers.
Kid-friendliness: The kids always grab a free crown.
Had a busy day working EMS. Was tired, didn't feel like cooking at the station because of it. Stopped in before going back to our area. Ordered two original chicken sandwiches minus lettuce, add tomatoes. They were not busy at all. Dude behind the counter had to ask me my order at least 3 times. I get my food, get back to my station. Overcooked, someone threw lettuce on, then scooped some of it off by hand, left massive chunks, and finger marks in the bun, and? No tomatoes. Had to throw both sandwiches away since they had to dig into it with their hands. Absolutely ridiculous.
