Worst experience ever if you are of any color besides white don’t go here they are extremely racist the manager that’s an elderly women with short hair kicked me out of the store and denied to give me my food because I accidentally hit a e-vape it was an honest mistake and I apologized and told her it was a mistake she didn’t give me a warning and got loud in front of other customers and kept yelling “GET OUT OF MY STORE” and was cursing under her breath as I was walking out she’s very disrespectful and needs to work on her temper and learn how to speak better to paying customers I will be reporting her to corporate and better business bureau, I will no longer eat here

Stopped in for dinner. It was not very busy so expected everything to be good. Burgers were VERY dry and cold like they made a bunch of them ahead of time and then threw them on a bun. Onion rings were cold. Cheese curds were cold. Fries were cold. Management was snarky when asked for the side of chili they forgot which we requested at the register as an add on to our fries. Because of the attitude of the manager, we were afraid to go back up and ask for a side of mayo because the amount on the burger was miniscule. We will not return to this particular Culvers as it is far from the quality in both food and personnel that we normally expect from a Culver's. I hope the owner reads these reviews and has a few words with his/her staff.

Our order got given to somebody else and we had to have it made again. This has happened three times now and all by the same person. Each time we were sitting outside and said we would be outside. There is no reason for this to have have thrice.

Busy time, understaffed, disorganized. Understandable long wait but 30 minutes?? Our order # was duplicated so confused staff took extra time trying to figure it out BUT… after going to the counter to inquire about our order and being handed the tray, another employee came out and questioned if we had the right food and then asked again as if we were lying and then came back with that other # to defend the mix up and wouldn’t allow me to talk, interrupted me and then walked away. Manager offered no compensation. Just patronizing responses.

Stopped here for lunch on a Sunday. We enjoy going to Culver's but we are passing through and the wait for your food was over a half an hour. So if you're going in on a Sunday please be able to wait
