Very busy, got 3 items wrong. Very rude staff. Had runs ins with 4 of them and they were not kind. It took 30 min to get our food. Won't be returning.

Went there and had there fish,it was AWSOME,they were very busy in the drive-thru and inside,it took 8 min to get my food,which was unbelievable for as busy as they were!Great food and Great service!!

Asked for a cup for water and realized halfway thru meal when looked at receipt I was charged $3 for a medium drink. The place was busy and I didn't have time to stand in line for a refund. Instead, I filled my cup with soda to go. Salads $10.49 now! Obscene! WILL GO TO SIT DOWN RESTAURANT NEXT TIME.

Worst experience ever if you are of any color besides white don’t go here they are extremely racist the manager that’s an elderly women with short hair kicked me out of the store and denied to give me my food because I accidentally hit a e-vape it was an honest mistake and I apologized and told her it was a mistake she didn’t give me a warning and got loud in front of other customers and kept yelling “GET OUT OF MY STORE” and was cursing under her breath as I was walking out she’s very disrespectful and needs to work on her temper and learn how to speak better to paying customers I will be reporting her to corporate and better business bureau, I will no longer eat here

Stopped in for dinner. It was not very busy so expected everything to be good. Burgers were VERY dry and cold like they made a bunch of them ahead of time and then threw them on a bun. Onion rings were cold. Cheese curds were cold. Fries were cold. Management was snarky when asked for the side of chili they forgot which we requested at the register as an add on to our fries. Because of the attitude of the manager, we were afraid to go back up and ask for a side of mayo because the amount on the burger was miniscule. We will not return to this particular Culvers as it is far from the quality in both food and personnel that we normally expect from a Culver's. I hope the owner reads these reviews and has a few words with his/her staff.
