Good food but always a long long wait. I'm sure the franchise is aware of this. Normally 30 or more minutes for drive through. this problem has forced me to choose some other fast food franchise most of the time.
Every time I order a SINGLE Butterburger, they give me and charge me for a DOUBLE. It can’t be a mistake, because it happens every time, no matter which one I go to.
Also, when I ask for raw onion, I get one large ring of red onion around the outer edge of my burger. The entire middle has no onion.
What’s going on, Culver’s? Used to be my fave spot, but going back to Wendy’s.

Went to get a burger with no cheese and gluten free tonight along with other family members food. They asked if it was an allergy to which I said yes. Got back on 75 and opened it up to see cheese on it so no dinner for me. They did give my dogs pup cups though which was super sweet.
