I come here more than I’d like to admit but it’s the best “faster” food in the area. The staff are usually great and happy. I did not pre order my sub this time so I went in to order. I walk in there’s a lady terribly singing top of her lungs. Okay make work fun, whatever it takes. Then she starts harassing employees over the tiniest things and I could tell the whole demeanor was off this day because usually everyone is very happy and greet me walking in etc. I believe she even said she was a manager because she was bragging about how much they pay her to “keep that place running” and how it was terrible before her etc etc. Well they must not offer dental insurance because well yeah. She was just awful. I will just stick to ordering on the app so I don’t have to interact again but no wonder it’s always new employees because no one in there right mind would stick around to be treated that way. The food is always great, no complaints there.

The guys who work here work so hard, are so polite, and make the best subs! They are super conscientious and careful with the add-ons and make sure you get the sub you want! We've been here three times and will be back!

I am always very impressed by how clean it is and how well staffed and managed it all seems to be. I don't go often but when I do, as a food service worker, I am never left with a sour taste.

My husband & I stopped on our way home downstate on Sunday March 23. The staff that was working that day were the most friendliest nicest people! They were very welcoming when anyone walked into the door! They were very helpful even helping each other out! These employees need to be recognized because you don't ever get service like that anymore! Our subs were delicious & we will definitely be back to your location!

I had a large order to pick up and the staff had everything accurate and ready to go on time. I visit many Jersey Mike’s in my travels and all the employees at the West Branch location are friendly and attentive to my and other customers’ needs. Always a repeat customer. Plus, I enjoy the Shore points system!
