It was too long of a wait next door so we came in here to grab a sandwich to go. I Love that they have the three sizes of sandwiches. A mini is perfect for me. When I'm trying to watch what I'm eating the store was clean. The staff was friendly. although it was busy here The line went quickly

They forgot to make my order, they slapped it together rolled it up not in my view put it in the bag and rudely handed it over. I'm very disappointed

The staff in West Branch's is awesome!! All of them... are so polite & helpful!

Dietary restrictions: They have subs for every health & dietary issue! My husband is Gluten intolerant they take extra care to not contaminate his sub when making.

p.s the massive amount of cross contamination was willllllld. watched the dude over and over and over take cheese and meats out the fridge and cut on the same blade slicer. so that means every single piece of cheese has some small bits of bacteria of meat on them. disgusting.

couldn't tell you about the food. waited 20 minutes for a hot sub and didn't even get it. lady in the back on the grill, older, sassy, doesn't pay attention, rude, not friendly, colored hair, fire this lady, I shouldn't feel bad about adding 2 ingredients on my sub. and she's all confused LIKE OMG WHAT DO I ADD, had to ask the guy who wrote the ticket 3 times what was going on the sub and it was written infront of her?!?!?!??!

I just can't even with people like this. Legit your only job is customer service.

Always an issue at this location, employee has the nerve to ask if I really needed the ranch I asked for. Everytime I get something from here it’s wrong.

Absolutely love me some Jersey Mike's. Place was very busy and the staff did their best to get the patrons served and the line moving. My concern today was the gloved hands of the meat slicer stopping what she was doing and picking up a dirty pen and writing orders and then with the same gloves go back to cutting meat and handling bread. That is not a safe food handling practice. Definitely need a bit of touching up on those practices. Otherwise a pleasant experience and great subs.

We purchased 6 boxes of subs for a party. The staff went above and beyond for us. They were very helpful and friendly. We would definitely order from here again. We spent over $500 and it was great!

Awesome food, the service made it all worth the experience! Lisa is my favorite worker to deal! She always gets my order spot on and also makes conversation. I will be visiting more frequently thanks to her amazing service!

Love the subs. I started eating Jersey Mike's in the 1990s in Ypsilanti. Was ecstatic when Jersey Mike's announced that they were coming to our town in Northern Michigan.

This is great little sandwich shop with friendly service, clean work area and employees who go above and beyond what is usually expected. Great food, reasonably priced and good experience all around. Will visit this shop again happily. They have a decent rewards program where you can enter your phone number or email address to receive weekly and even daily offers. Would recommend this place if you’re trying to support a small town business franchise
