The guys who work here work so hard, are so polite, and make the best subs! They are super conscientious and careful with the add-ons and make sure you get the sub you want! We've been here three times and will be back!

I am always very impressed by how clean it is and how well staffed and managed it all seems to be. I don't go often but when I do, as a food service worker, I am never left with a sour taste.
I highly recommend.

My husband & I stopped on our way home downstate on Sunday March 23. The staff that was working that day were the most friendliest nicest people! They were very welcoming when anyone walked into the door! They were very helpful even helping each other out! These employees need to be recognized because you don't ever get service like that anymore! Our subs were delicious & we will definitely be back to your location!

I had a large order to pick up and the staff had everything accurate and ready to go on time. I visit many Jersey Mike’s in my travels and all the employees at the West Branch location are friendly and attentive to my and other customers’ needs. Always a repeat customer. Plus, I enjoy the Shore points system!

I got the buffalo chicken. The sandwich was heavy but the Buffalo sauce seemed to disappear. The bread was kinda hard.

This is my new favorite sandwich place. The sub was great, especially the crispy veggies. Good quality potato chips. The service was quick and friendly. The tables and floors were shiny clean. Great!!!!
