In my opinion, one of the best places to stop for a quick meal. The staff provided some of the best service I have had at a fast food joint in a while. The chicken tenders were evenly cooked and not dry like other locations I have been to. It was overall a good trip and I will likely be visiting again!

My family and I stopped into this KFC to enjoy dinner while We were ordering Hailey B was unsurprisingly very rude while taking my order she kept looking to the door as to ignore my order as a younger lady approached. She started talking to her while I was ordering and then continue to ask me to repeat what I said because she was too busy, listening to the young lady at the door and what she was saying. When I asked her for the receipt to get her name so I could leave a review because I didn’t like being disrespected, she responded with “actually” yes, actually was my response to me that was rude to talk with your friend while you have a customer standing in front of you and ordering it was very apparent after I placed my order that they were friends giggling and laughing I was raised better than that. Respect is a big part of life and I believe a lot of people have lost That rant over

The food was great. You get exactly what you pay for. I had no trouble ordering and the staff were polite. I will go again when I can. You should visit the KFC in West Branch when you can and see for yourself.

Honestly their food is the worst quality I've had at any location. It's unfortunate with being right off the highway, you'd expect they'd want good reviews for travelers but I'm going to have to say skip this place. Their food just gets thrown together, very Sloppy when you open the package or wrapper, sometimes it's disassembled altogether. Once I decided to get the KFC instead of the taco bell, the chicken was Luke warm and rubbery, I also didn't get my sauce so there wasn't much saving that one as a meal. The atmosphere is okay, they seem busy and friendly, but you can't eat there just bc their nice

I visited the KFC in West Branch, Michigan, and had an excellent experience! The service was very fast and friendly, and the food was outstanding. I ordered the 3-piece chicken dinner with two sides, and it was honestly the best I’ve ever had—crispy, hot, and full of flavor. My husband got a KFC bowl, and it was made perfectly. Everything was fresh and prepared just right. We were both very impressed with the quality and efficiency. Great job to the team at this location!
