I feel sorry for the sweaty staff. Can you find a cooler uniform? I am unhappy that I cannot order KFC on the app, only Taco Bell at this combined location, West Branch, Michigan. Also, caffiene free, diet drink option would be appreciated.
We had two chicken dinners delivered. Everything was good, but they forgot our mashed potatoes. Really was looking forward to that. Otherwise the rest of the meal was good. I would recommend picking the food up, rather then delivery.
We've visited the drive thru more times than I'd like to admit, lol, but each time we're met with a kind voice at the speaker box and our order handed carefully with a smile. We have a larger order, usually, and they do a great job every time!
