Usually the service is excellent the am team is unmatched but the 2 nd shift is awful today in the drive through we ordered our usual meals the guy didn’t even know what we were talking about asked 5 times what 6 dollar meal deal it’s only the most common meal ordered anyways we ended up just driving off and going to Wendy’s not recommended to go here for second shift you guys can learn a thing from first shift for sure !

My husband and I stopped at the West Branch McDonalds for a quick breakfast sandwich each. Nice to have our order just the way we like and hot, too. They were very busy, yet everyone was polite and accurate. I used the restroom and it was clean and stocked.

Employee's seem to be nice and speak to you at the menu board and at the window as they should because some places do not acknowledge customers at many of the fast food drive thru's down state. Food is always really good. Hot and fresh fries but I am sure becaise they are always busy especially from May to October. Keep up the great work and don't let us down! We are returning customers and even the breakfast from here is fresh hot sandwiches. I do wish McDonald's came up with another side item for breakfast other than a greasy hashbrown. If they let them drain properly, then they will sit and get cold.

Best McDonald's in Michigan! Super clean, super fast, super good food. I've been to this one many time for coffee (as good as Starbucks half the price) and for all different foods at all differenttimes of day. Great hamburger patties for carnivore diet.
