This McDonald's has gone down hill. The crew members do a fair job but the management is extremely unprofessional. One of the managers is a hot head that yells at customers for complaining and yells at employees in berating fashion. No one deserves verbal abuse.

BEST McDonald's all through Michigan. Service as well as the food excellent
Fast and friendly but on the pricey side. Got a chicken sandwich and a double cheeseburger and it was $8. Easy access to the freeway so I guess that’s expected. Food was fresh and hot.
Love McDonald’s and love their opinions. This one however is ridiculous. They kept rushing us to decide even though we were the only ones in line, we get our food and it looks like it was thrown together by a child playing in the kitchen!! Seriously to make a sloppy mess of food then not even send napkins! If you come here be prepared to make a mess of messy looking food! Bring your own napkins they don’t like handing any out. And make sure you’re aware your sandwiches will be smushed flat!

Everytime I get my granddaughter a happy meal it's one of the following that occurs. Missing toy, fries dumped into box then fry box thrown in on top. 5 chicken nuggets instead of 6. A bunch of young people standing around laughing and talking while your order sits there getting colder than what they're already serving it..
