Sevice was friendly and food was ok. Sandwiches were a bit sloppy and burger meat was dry. Had to go back for our fries that didn't make the bag. But to be fair that seems typical for drive thru food. We were compensated with pies...which Im good with. Love thier apple pies. Ill go back... I like Rallys menu.

Ordered food they got it all wrong went in to let them no so they could fix it and it was the worst customer service I've ever gotten they acted like it was my fault the lady rong my order in wrong and charged me over 16$for something I didn't order I just cannot believe how rude they where the manager kn should be fired or at least talked to treating customers like that she should be ashamed went for lunch around 12 ill never go to the west branch one again
