Waited 20 mins in line with only 2 people infront of me no sense of urgency and people walking out because of the slow service. This employee needs a new job. Doesn’t even greet you just looks at you and waits for you to talk.

The service here is the absolute worst!!! If I could call the owner & complain, I would!!!
To whom it may concern,
I must say that this is one of the worst experiences that I have ever had at a a subway or with a fast food chain in general. The staff appeared to be unkept with dog hair on their hoodies that could easily get into somebody’s sandwich. They did not take the time to listen to me while taking my order and inadvertently added ingredients that were meant for my sub onto my mother-in-law sub. Instead of offering to make my mother-in-law’s a new sandwich The worker Proceeded to pick off lettuce off of my mother-in-law’s sandwich with her hands. The grossest part in our whole experience was when we witnessed the worker, take our money order, touch the register, touch our coupon and then move forwarding to make a customer’s food behind us without changing her gloves. I wanted to speak to the manager and realized that the manager was next to the worker when all of this happened. I will never be back to this establishment and I hope my feedback can bring positive change to this subway location.

My daughter went in to this location. To wait in a huge line because two, lazy woman employees, who look absolutely unsanitary are lollygagging, talking to their friends and doing anything but making sandwiches. As a business I’d concentrate on hiring employees who want to be there and are mindful of their job, dress code and sanitary measures. This location of Subway will never receive a penny from my family. DO A BETTER JOB SUBWAY!!

4/8/2024 5:30 pm or so, one young man working:1: He had long (4") hair on top of his head. At the minimum should have been wearing a hat. At best a hairnet.2: The sub I asked for came with bacon, I received none.3: I asked for, recieved and paid for extra ham.All in all I was very disappointed!

Tried to order lunch here at 12:35 waited 10 minutes for them to take care of someone who ordered two subs.... they are incredibly slow and relaxed here and have absolutely zero hustle when they are busy. They need to hire younger workers who can move faster.

Had the worst experience the lady at subway was having a bad day & let my family know it & literally took it out on us it was so sad to see how grown people can behave this way much less in public & while your on the job if you hate your job that much why are you complaining to me about you quitting and don't not caring obviously ? you were working at the time and didn't need to be rude and throw my food it was prepaid and just sheesh mam the silent treatment situation when I was only nice to you was so childish. She was too much in a rush to close up .... I get she was alone I was very patient in this situation not rushing it was her bad and still no apology.

ordered a sandwich online for pickup on 1/1/24 at 5:15, I was there at 5:16 and the gate was closed with a sign saying " well be back in 15 minutes" I waited that time, worker didn't say anything to me when he got back. And my sandwich was wrong to top it off.

The food was good and the guy making our subs was polite and patient. But his co worker cared more about food prep and washing dishes then helping her co worker out when it got busy. He even told her that there's a long line forming. And all she had to say was "yeahhhh" then she continued doing food prep and never came to help him. I've worked for subway before and that's not how it was when I worked there. We always worked as a team and helped each other out. I sadly didn't catch her name. I was always taught customers come first, food prep, and dish washing comes last. We only did those when we had time in between helping customers. So all in all the food was good but the atmosphere and how this employee was and not helping her co worker out, that's why it got a low score. Team work makes the dream work. If you cant be a team player then you shouldn't be working in this type of environment. Plus customers left because of it taking so long because she wasn't helping.

Hungry traveler here...went to subway located inside a Walmart. Four people ahead of me at 4:30pm on a Wed. None were too concise with their order. Poor fella behind the counter was so polite and patient. Turns out he was not only making all the sandwiches and handling the register (changing gloves between tasks) AND he had to bake all the bread needed for tomorrow (as they're getting a new oven tomorrow and it'll be out of service). Did it take half an hour before I got my food? Yes. Am I complaining ? No. You can't complain when someone is doing their best. I've never been in a subway with only one worker (usually two). His nametag said 'Pat" and he was a gem of a hard worker. Seriously "subway folk"...give this guy a pat on the back.
And our subs were great, too!
