Foods fine, it's fast food, just make sure to check your food. I'm not allergic to tomatoes, but I just don't like them. I ordered no tomatoes and got them on my food, not a huge deal, but if I was allergic it would be a bigger issue. Also answer your phone when people call you, I was trying to warn you guys about your cooks, or order takers about paying attention to people who order food without certain things on the items. Still good food, but would hate to see someone get harmed by stuff they didn't order

Since they sold the franchise, the chicken & service are not the same. Drive throuIgh not & option & service inside took a long time, even with only one other customer in the place I won't go back & I think they prefer I didn't Not friendly at all.

This location is pricier than other Taco Bell’s down state, and they forgot to put the black beans in my bowl. This location also has KFC on the menu which is convenient that you can order both. The food was ready fast and the bathrooms inside were clean.

Taco Bell is my favorite place to go for a quick meal. So I always give a 5 star rating. Sorry to say not this time. I got the meal deal with a chalupa, taco and chips and cheese. The chips were all broken up in little pieces...the chalupa shell was cold and stale...the taco didn't have hardly anything on it. Will I go back...yes I will. Still my favorite place for a quick meal. I won't let one bad experience change that.

I recently visited the Taco Bell in West Branch, Michigan, and it felt like a scene out of "Deliverance." The floors were dirty, the drink machine was broken, and all the bathroom doors were locked. To top it off, a character straight out of "Skinwalker Ranch" took my order. As tempting as a Taco Bell and KFC combo sounds, I urge everyone to use better judgment and skip this place. It’s not worth the gamble.
