Went in to order our food at 7:35. It is now 8:00 and still have not received the food. Even went up 15 minutes ago to check on it and they said they were still working on it. Could have went to a nice sit down place for time it’s taking to get a damn taco. Terrible all the way around. Won’t be back.

We went through the drive thru on a Friday afternoon. The service was amazing!! Very fast! Ordered two luxe boxes. The food was hot and the stk poblano quesadilla was so awesome!! Definitely try those. Staff was awesome!! Kudos to whoever does the hiring. Thank you so much!

We went in on 10/31/2025 never had an issue with this place, but when we got our order today. No sauce for the chicken nuggets when we told them 2 times one while we were ordering and the 2nd time at the windows. Then we got 3 beefy 5 burritos, no nachos cheese or sour cream, just bean. It was overall a little sad knowing we've never had an issue at this place and it wasn't even busy only 1 more car behind us. I hope that they do better, maybe ill go back we dont know yet.

The famous bowel was cold. The fries were flat hard and crispy. The soft taco shells where hard, only thing good was the biscuits!

Chicken bowl did not like the chicken it use to be popcorn now it's cubed crap. Go back to popcorn much better an taste better.
