Kid-friendliness: Started taking some of my grandchildren there as young as two. High chairs were available. The tables were low enough for kids and wheelchairs to sit comfortably. I ordered decafe and another mug so they could have a coffee like me. Plain donuts was their choice. Most of them are grown and prefer Tim Hortons!
We come here almost every time we are in West Branch. Great service, great coffee, tuna sandwiches and soup are the best lunch with good price!

Great experience in this Tim Hortons location . Such a great surprise that I finally had great service in Tim Hortons after a long time. I usually go to Oakland county (Detroit area) but because we were coming back from Traverse city we stopped on this location as my husband wanted some Tim Hortons donuts and had to stay for 30 min as he had meeting to be in. I need to mention employees that provided best possible experience. Devin, Debra and Ashley they were so nice, welcoming and professional that I am amazed how nice they are compared to our locations around Somerset mall, Troy MI Thank you guys, we will for sure stop by again if ever come around your area!

Horrible service at this location. We were alone at the counter and our few drinks took 15 minutes. When we asked if our drinks were coming we got attitude from the staff member. Very disappointing.
