Service sucks they did not get my full order thank god I was not charged for the tid bits they were fussing about the last pumpkin muffin that was sold 2 customer a head of me when I had not ordered a muffin I ordered a pumpkin ice coffee so not a good visit

Bought a tuna sandwich. Not impressed with the portion. Tuna didn't even cover the bread. And a thimble of lettuce. Not worth the cost. Too many other choices in this area. They need to just stick with Donuts and coffee.

Stopped in on 6-3-2025 at 9:45 am lady behind the counter was extremely rude. Was charged for a cup of water and a cup of ice and it was the smallest cup she could find and this was after i had already placed a order. Never again with this place.

I stopped into my local Tim Horton’s in West Branch this morning for coffee and donuts. There were six employees behind the counter and I waited five minutes and never got waited on. I walked out and the customer that was in front of me walked out as well. I regularly visit this establishment so I was extremely disappointed with this lack of service.

Was not given change or a receipt, and upon return to get the change we forgot, we were told theirs nothing they can do since their cameras were conveniently down. Im not sure if it's incompetence or if the dude really needed that 14 bucks, but it's unacceptable. Sad because the coffee is too good to be stifled by one bad employee.
I have dietary restrictions for dairy so I'm really picky about what customizations I have for my food. I asked for a BLT with the panini bread here with no mayo and they had no issues doing that change for me! Good service and super nice employees. I always stop here on long trips and they never let me down 💚

Corgan and Alexis were fantastic employees. I kept having issues with my card and had no other way to pay and they said don't sweat it. It's free. Have a wonderful day absolutely wonderful people

Very slow service. Maybe due to being poorly staffed or understaffed, but 20 minute wait in drive through for a large black coffee is far too long.
