Dirty place and terrible service. Guy at the counter is rude doesn't seem to care about his job. Wouldn't stock cups for ketchup just lazy.

Maybe came at a bad time not sure but works were behind didn't seem to busy but I don't work fast food. Employees were nice but my order was wrong didn't want to bother so just ate.

I was in westbranch mich Wendy's .I went in to oder 2 meals. Medium 2 number 7 meals my oder was all must up.my 2 meals on single hamburger 🍔 in got 2 triple hamburgers 🍔 in i oder without pickles.In I got pickles .iasking for a medium meals in I got a large meal. I got half way on the highway have way down in looked in my food bag in they changed me more then what I bought. Y can people just take ther time at Wendy's in look over what other people oder they wouldn't like it if it was themAm not here to get free food .But I think people should get what they ask for .

Sat in the drive thru for 20+ minutes with no explanation for why it took so long. We ordered 3 sandwiches. Then only got 2. I went inside to ask how long it may take only to be avoided.

For our typical meals but the cost was MUCH higher than any Wendy's we've gone to and we go often. It was around 26% more so I would drive to another location. Plus limited drink selection.

This location is consistently disappointing. The food isn’t great, and there are mistakes with my order almost every time. Service is slow, and it often takes forever to even place the order then even longer to get it. They always seem to be understaffed, which probably explains a lot of the issues. The only good thing about the place is the Frosty. That’s about the only reason I’d ever consider coming back.

We were driving through on I-75 so I looked ahead and saw the West Branch Wendy's coming up. I hopped on the Wendy's app and ordered for it to be ready at 12:30pm. When we arrived, the line of cars was backed up around the drive through and there was a very long line of people inside. We walked in and our order sitting ready on the counter. I kind of felt bad waltzing in and picking up our food in front of all the waiting people. We ate inside and were finished eating about the time the people at the end of the line when we came in were ordering. It looked like they only had one person taking orders, probably understaffed. However, a win for the Wendy's app! I recommend using it if you stop here. Our order was perfect, everything was exactly as ordered.
