Bravo, Kaitlin! I had lunch today with an elderly wheelchair bound resident that I care for and we had an excellent experience at Wendy’s West Branch. ❤️
As soon as we entered the building, Kaitlin was briskly moving chairs away from the table so my resident could fit her wheelchair at the table. She took our order and the food/drinks were great! A big Thank You to Kaitlin for being so kind and attentive with my resident. Looking forward to visiting again soon. Keep up the great work! 👏

I went through the drive-thru to get two breakfast items. When I finally got the items they were both cold and looked and felt like they were like microwave items. I can see why McDonald's gets the breakfast business. Not to mention but I guess I am I received absolutely zero napkins

Wendy's serves the best quality beef of all the fast food joints. Beef patties are fresh, never frozen. Service is great at this particular location. Clean, including men's restroom. Yep. If I'm in the area and hungry for a quick bite, I'm coming back.

10/31/2024: Visited on a Thursday. Waited far too long for a take out order. The $7 biggie bag was a disappointment, I expected more fries and a larger bacon double cheeseburger.
