Parmesan crusted codfish was wonderful, as was their Strawberry Pie! I see they took my suggestion and added Peanut Butter Fudge to the Milkshake flavors. Yo can specially ask for Peanut Butter and Strawberry/PBJ sandwich!-or Fudge Strawberry-Chocolate Covered Strawberries, Delicious!

The food isn't what it used to be when there were Big Boy restaurants in every town. We ordered the big boy combo. The patty was so thin on the burger that the slice of cheese had more bulk. The sides of fries had less than 10 fries on each of our plates.

Enjoyed the Super Big Boy and Fries. Burger was perfect and the fries tasty! Service was good however reflected the overall decline of Big Boy restaurants from what they once were. This particular location was out of vanilla ice cream. The main ingredient in their signature dessert.

This Big Boy has gone down hill. We walked in and were seated quickly, which was nice. However, we were then forgotten about. Over twenty minutes went by and we still did not have our order taken. One girl sees me craning my neck around looking for a server, and comes over and takes the order. Then another twenty minutes go by before we see her again. Our food is apparently "almost ready." Well, twenty minutes after that, we still don't have our food. There were two of us and we had ordered potato pancakes and an omelette, so not a complicated order. Over an hour total passed before we threw down $3 for the drinks and left. As we were leaving someone from the kitchen shouts "I'm making it now!" Well, I thought it was supposedly "almost ready" thirty minutes prior to that. No, the restaurant wasn't busy. We saw four employees and there were about four tables with people in them.

The staff was nice and the manager was awesome. I had a Swiss miss and my friend had a club sandwich, my swiss miss was very filling and my friend took half of hers home. Atmosphere was nice and relaxed but I couldn't hear the music very well, I think the radio wasn't on the channel very well

New management recently, So it's starting to get back to how Big boys was originally. Clean dining room and front area short time wait for food. Come on in and give us a try you'll love our classic Big boy burgers and slim jims Yummy yummy in your tummy..

Wow absolutely disgusting restaurant. I used to eat here a lot years ago. It has taken a turn for the worst. Uninterested host sat us amongst many dirty tables. There must have been at least 8. Floor was disgusting. There just mess everywhere on the floors, window ledges, it looks like no one cares. Proceeded to look at the menu for five minutes, no servers in sight. We left and went to the Garden City Big Boy which was amazingly clean and very friendly staff. Avoid this place.

If I can give 0 stars I would. First off, the place wasn't clean when we first walked in which put me off instantly. When I went to the bathroom, there was no soap and it reeked. Now if I couldn't wash my hands to eat, how exactly were the employees making the food washing theirs after using the restroom?

The breakfast buffet wasn't restocked for the hour that we were there. I surely didn't get my money's worth. The two other family members meals were small in size. We decided to try you again after our last time there. But now? Who knows. The servers were decent.
It had been a while since we ate at Big Boy so we thought we would give it another try. We were seated quickly (the only thing quick about our visit). After ordering our coffee and water, our server brought us plastic (!) silverware. Come on, I'm not eating in a fast food restaurant. After waiting 35 minutes for our food, I inquired on how much longer it would be. The server said 2 managers just arrived and it shouldn't be much longer. I guess her idea of longer and mine, were two different things. I then asked the manager how much longer and she said the were working as fast as they could but we could walk out if we wanted. Well guess what? We walked right out! Not returning!!

Our server was fantastic. I believe her name was Julia. She was very good at letting us know what was going on although it took us a while to get our food because they had a new cook working there. the food was pretty darn good though. And the server was graded making sure we had everything we needed otherwise.

BB has always had a reputation as an all American restaurant and to me that meant boring and everything is microwaved. Not true anymore! Great fresh selections, great breakfast for dinner selections, professional waitress and manager (they were out of onion rings). Super clean floors, cleared tables, bathroom was in tip top shape.

It's okay but for Big Boy's to be a resturant thats been around for so many years they need to update there buffet with a better selection of stuff example there salad buffet should have grilled chicken added to it for those who like to eat salad but might want some meat in it. They don't even have chopped ham for the salad buffet it was to bland not enough choices and that also go for the fruit. If customers are paying for a all you can eat buffet soup , salad and fruit there needs to be more options and variety.

Besides the server, who was polite and very apologetic, the whole experience was rather mediocre at best. With a group of six, half of everyone's orders had either missing parts from their meal, or just plain wrong. They were out of fries and our pasta order couldn't even have Penne noodles, let alone have hot, fresh looking food. I definitely won't be going to Big Boy's anymore.
