Placed to go order online at 7:25. Didn't receive food until 8:25. Then they shorted me 5 wings and the manager didn't even offer an apology. The manager never even greated me, or asked if I had been helped.

Said they couldn't seat us for 1 to 2 hours, and then says oh ya canton socks im sorry you have to go there...like canton s WAY better than westland the only reason why we went there was because it was across from the movie theater where we were going after we ate our food.

I went here for wings and saw they had a Philly chicken sandwich. I decided to try the Philly chicken, it was great!! I went back the next day and got another one, it was better than the first one. I also tried the chicken street tacos, they were great too.

$150 Carryout order at 11:15AM Thursday was seamless, & absolutely perfect. It's a longer drive for me compared to the Livonia location but its 100% worth it. It was packaged and labeled as conventient as possible -(compared to the disasters i've received from other locations) I cannot stress enough how much i appreciate the staff here. Oh and food was delicious as always~

Litterly the worst wings I’ve ever had!!!! They were tiny and dry as deep fried cardboard not to mention they messed our order up and just gave us fries instead of wedges and asked for ketchup while picking up food was told ketchup was in the bag guess what no ketchup either 7-11 has better chicken wings than this place!

Had my granddaughter there for a little outing I ordered the kid's meal her fries was cold the chicken fingers was fried to hard she didn't eat it just off my plate
rude, act like they’ve never had any social interaction. never had to be id’d to enter bdubs. i’m not from michigan so maybe it’s a state law but was rude about my confusion

Me and my boyfriend came out for a simple dinner and got an unintentional test in patience instead. We sat at a dirty table (no big deal, right?) and waited. And waited. And waited. Twenty minutes went by before anyone even looked in our direction.
Finally, someone tells us our server “didn’t know” we were there because she had a party. I guess that’s the excuse for everything now? Because apparently noticing two people sitting in your section for twenty minutes is too advanced a skill.
We ended up ordering online because at least the app acknowledges customers. The second we did that, a new server suddenly appears to tell us we “can’t sit there” because it’s someone’s section. Girl, your section has been vacant of service this whole time. what difference does it make now? Apparently it’s a problem to take up a table that your server was already ignoring.
The couple who came in the same time as us had their food before we even had a server. Then our online order took 40+ minutes instead of the estimated 20, they forgot the celery, and the chicken was dry as the Sahara.
If this location’s goal was to set a new bar for how low service can go, congratulations you nailed it.

Not sure what has happened with your tea. It almost seems like there is some sort of chemical ( cleaning solution) aftertaste the past two visits. I need to go to another location to see if is the same. Plus two of my last three visits the cook has done my order wrong here at the Westland, Michigan location. Haven't enjoyed my last three visits to this location with the exception of Sami the server always tries to make things right.
Ordered take out 20 minutes before getting there get there and they tell me they got the order 3 minutes ago. What happened to other 17 minutes and told to wait another 20 minutes. What’s the point of ordering earlier.

At best this location is mediocre, with long wait times for food, I will say the servers are always pleasant. This time we walked into a near empty restaurant and were told it would be a 20 to 30 minute wait for a table because the kitchen was behind from big groups, of which there were none left. We were told we could sit at the bar without a wait. We chose the bar, there was no bartender present at the bar. We waited close to 10 minutes without any acknowledgment, 2 other gentlemen walked up to the bar and were greeted within less than a minute. We walked out.
