Workers were very friendly and the sandwich was hot and fresh. I didn’t realize until after I paid for it that they use white American cheese versus the provolone. The difference in cheese dramatically changes how it tastes and I didn’t like it. I hope the other locations don’t do this.
I drove 30 min to get here and it was worth the wait. I’ve been eating Charleys for years. So glad to see one outside of the mall. This was my son’s first time having Charley’s. The restaurant was clean. The staff was very friendly. The food was fresh and hot. The taste was great. My 8 year old son stated to me “Mom this is the best fast food restaurant steak sandwich I ever had. It’s really good”. We ordered our food originally to go but ended up taking a seat. Glad...
Went in with high hopes because I love a good cheesesteak. Got the Philly and fries and first of all, the fries were very good. Hot and crisp. The sandwich left much to be desired. It was light on the cheese and it needed some seasoning. It was just bland and for $18, it is not a cheap combo. Not sure if this is the norm, but with a Jersey Mikes just down the road, I will get my cheesesteak fix there.
