I love jets pizza! Very disappointing order tonight! Honestly feel like the pizza was reheated crust was like cardboard. I normally do t order on Monday nights. And don't think I will ever again!

I have always been completely satisfied with this Jets. This time our order was incorrect. But they remade the pizza the correct way, and had me bring back the incorrect pizza to exchange it. Even though the order was incorrect, and I had to return, they went above and beyond to correct their error and made sure I was happy when I left. Thank you again managers and staff of this Jets Pizza in Westland! And of course the pizza was amazingly delicious!

Jet’s Pizza never disappoints! Their deep-dish crust is crispy, cheesy, and absolutely addictive. The team is always super nice and my order is ready right on time. Perfect place for a quick pizza night!

I have ordered from this Jets for a long time and it's usually on point. My order today was stone cold after receiving it an hourn after ordering. The sauce is dated with exp date of the 20th...today is the 22nd 🙄 I gave a $5 tip on a $10 order and hoping this is not the start of a slide.

Jetz screwed me over. They tell u place orders online and when u do they kick back ur card making u pay when u get there when they already took the payment. I paid 37.86 and 37.86 and my bank said they cant do anything cause jetz was the one that made the hold and jetz says that I need to call the bank. Its been 6 days and its still in pending status. This is crazy I need my money. So please b advised if ur cash strapped and u order online from jetz

I ordered 2 large pizzas with 1 topping each and clearly said that I want vegies, mushroom on one and PEPPER on the other, my pizzas came with one mushroom and one pepperoni not pepper, im a muslim and don't eat meat for granted
