We got pizza from this jets every Friday evening for mos. We had been looking for great pizza since moving in the area over a year ago. This was excellent for all but the last few weeks and it got nasty. Dough half cooked, hardly enough sauce to see with the naked eye, and plenty of oil under it. I called the manager a few times and he tried to fix it, I knew he wouldn’t though as he thought so much of himself and protecting his messes that he could t even really listen to me. I did tell him if he doesn’t start to speak less and listen more his comebacks will only increase, and his customers decrease! It’s simple in this business now, one must listen and be willing ti hear what they are being told! He was not able! We are driving further but getting better!

If I could give this Jets 100 stars, I would. We are frequent visitors of this location - we travel father to come here specifically because we love the pizza and the staff is so amazing. The manager is the sweetest. Thank you for being kind human beings. 🤍 You all deserve a raise. 😉

Food is always delicious but, when you put in an order at 4:34pm on 2-2-25 and have it timed to be picked up at 6 pm. Go get your pizza at 5:57pm only to be told that they basically forgot about your order or they lost it and you walk out at 6:20 pm with your food. Yet, while waiting for that 20 minutes the staff got 2 other orders wrong and others had significant wait times also. I’m sure they’re short staffed or mgt was MIA I’m not sure but, it’ll be awhile before we order from the Wayne Rd. Location or any location for that matter.

Out of the last 4 door dashes in a month. Got one COMPLETELY wrong order. 2 of them took more than a HOUR to "prepare" then dasher waited 20mins. And the last one they forgot the wings...... I gotta take a drive and walk in there and just watch.......A FUXKING HOUR AND 20 MINS TO MAKE A 4 CORNER PIZZA.....

I haven't ordered from Jets in a long time and now I remember why. Totally overpriced, hardcore mediocre, canned mushrooms. This is a picture of the calzone I ordered for $16.89 with "extra cheese" there was barely any cheese let alone extra. Called to ask about it and the manager never even apologized. Just told me if you get more toppings you get less cheese. So how are you charging for extra cheese and then giving barely any? ? The manager remade it and it was still weak. I have had better at Little Caesars for a fraction of the price. I flipped it over to show both sides. You be the judge.

in 2020 a month after my dad passed it was my birthday and I ordered here for dinner and wrote that it was my birthday in the special request box. I get home open the box and they wrote happy birthday in the lid with a drawing of a cake. they then called and wished me a happy birthday as well as sang to me. it was so special to me, I was sad all day because it was my 19th birthday without my dad and they made it a little bit brighter. I wish I could tell you who it was that sang to me but I hope they are doing so great in life!
