Around 7pm I had ordered some food for delivery. Normally it takes about 30-40 minutes, maybe closer to an hour which is totally reasonable. However, this time it took over 2hrs to be delivered and they even forgot part of the order. They called once to ask if my order had been delivered, and around 8:40pm I called again and said it still wasn't here. Apparently their delivery driver was not back yet. Ordered a sandwich for lunch that was missing cheddar cheese. I called the store and Erica the manager helped resolve my issue!!! Never had any problems with this store before they are solid 10/10

I would love to give a huge shoutout to Ray, the delivery driver from the Ford Rd location in Westland! As usual, I placed my order and everything was great, but my pop was accidentally left out of the bag. Ray didn’t hesitate at all — when he went back to the store for another delivery, he made sure to bring my drink back to me with the biggest smile on his face.
That level of care, follow-through, and positive attitude truly deserves recognition. Service...
