First time I've been to a KFC in at least 6 mo. I hadn't been going quite as often because it seemed like every time I went they were out of something I wanted or my order was cold.
I'm happy to say that this time everything was great.
Very efficient/friendly service and my food was hot.

Always nice, knowledgeable, respectful, clean and always pleasant. The food is always good. I go to ford rd., Westland location at least 8-10 times a month.
Dietary restrictions: Border line diabetic, if I would go more. The choices they have are great for me, but I have to make the smart choices.
Kid-friendliness: The kid menu has enough choices and pleases me and the grandkids. I have picky kids and grandkids, so I don't have to wait...
