Fast food means fast. Not spending 45 mts in the drive thru to get up to the speaker for someone to not take my order. Needless to say I sped off and will never return again. This location is ridiculous and needs major help.

They were out of everything. They didn't even have large cups, but they offered us 2 mediums. However, we were driving. So we didn't want 4 pops in our car. They didn't have dessert, they didn't have coleslaw, they didn't have anything we wanted, really. We ended up substituting, then we sat in the drive through for 20 minutes. My husband finally walks back in and says, what's going on, they hadn't even started the order. Because they were so busy doing the doordashes or the people inside, absolutely unacceptable.

The food was ok. We got 5 piece tenders meal with fries. But it took a really really long time. They have you pull up just before the window so the clock doesn't tick showing how really long it takes. They did not have unsweetened ice tea only sweetened, the frozen machine was not working so no frozen lemonade, get to the window, we had to ask for ranch, they were out of straws, yes seriously no straws, no napkins, this place was pitiful!!!

The chicken was fantastic, but they were out of salt, I waited about 10 minutes, before they noticed me to even place my order. But once I got my chicken I was very pleased with the taste, hotness, and crispiness of the chicken, had wings and drums.

Ordered two 3 piece tenders and they both came out just like this.. old hard dried out slivers of breading with no meat inside and a cold crumbly biscuit. Had to get one 3 piece in spicy because these were the last 3 original apparently. No need to make fresh ones after the ones that have been here for hours shriveled up I guess. The worst experience I’ve ever had at a Popeyes

I really don’t get how this restaurant is still in business. They should change into a sit down restaurant, that way it’ll feel normal waiting 2 hours for 3 pieces of chicken. The amount of times they lock the lobby and “close” in the middle of the day is astounding and it’s every Popeyes not just this one.

I have gone to this location for the last time. Today I placed a mobile order through the online website at 8:37pm. My husband goes into the store 10 minutes later and we end up waiting for our food until 9:20pm. When I asked for a phone number to call their franchise office I was met with absolutely zero help or care in the world to be apologetic for taking over 50 minutes from time of ordering for chicken tenders. Staff was unprofessional and swearing where guests could hear them and no one seemed to be happy to be at work. I try to be as patient as possible and have worked in the restaurant industry previously as a general manager so I understand rushes happening and things taking longer than normal, but 50 minutes is absolutely absurd. While my husband was waiting for our food a person was able to walk in, place an order and get their food 5 minutes later while the lobby was full of people waiting on mobile orders. Aside from the egregious wait and poor customer service when we got home the fries were cold and soggy and there was no BBQ sauce in the bag. We absolutely will not be back to this location ever.
