The lady behind the counter at the Westland location was at the top of her game hope she's paid well . I purchased a coffee and a bagel with cream cheese at the bagel toasted there's a long line at the drive-thru but I was in and out . Starbucks needs more help at the drive-thru Livonia and Westland .
Brown sugar shaken espresso is one of the best drinks on the menu but this location is so inconsistent with how it’s made. Always extremely milky and no brown sugar taste. It never fails every time it’s handed to me I can tell just by the color it’s going to taste like creek water.
This location and the amazing staff turned this tea loving lady into a huge Starbucks fan. I have not yet met an unfriendly employee. The food and tea are perfect every time. I appreciate the staff for making my mornings better with every visit.😊
