My friend and I visited this location and were the only people in line and throughout the inside of the store, there were 6 employees working at the time. I ordered my drink first, a frappe, and she ordered hers after mine, a special latte. We waited for 35-40 minutes for the drinks and hers came out 10-15 minutes before my drink which I ordered first and was also less complex than her drink. We were less then impressed on this locations customer service and believe it is lacking...
This is a very nice Starbucks. It is kept neat and clean. The confections, snacks and pastries are appealing. The wait staff is polite, courteous and efficient.The coffee is hot and fresh. The baristas are attentive and expert at their craft. It's always nice to visit the counter whether I am heading into Target or one my way out!
I have always liked this store the best out of the 3 that I have visited in my area. With the Covid restrictions, they are very busy with mobile pick ups, but they have always been kind, unruffled, and have filled my orders correctly every time. Every employee wears their masks and I really appreciate them !
