Everytime I have ordered food here, the wait was very short and the employees were so nice. I thought i ordered a regular baja blast on my mobile order, but i accidentally ordered a freeze. I told the employee he gave me the wrong drink (i was the one who was wrong) but instead of being annoyed he offered to get me the drink i originally wanted and kept pushing it. Went to the drive-through, I spent $35.00. I ordered 12 hard shell tacos , a burrito supreme, and a beef burrito. When I got home, ALL THE TACOS WERE STUCK TO THE PAPER. THEY ALL BROKE TRYING TO PEEL THEM FROM THE PAPER. THE BEEF BURRITO WAS NOT JUST BEEF. IT WAS SPICY AND HAD CHIPS AND RICE WITH CHEESE IN IT. NOT EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT I ORDERED. THE MEAT TASTED DIFFERENT. Everyone at the house agreed.Wont be going back any time soon. What a shame, used to be my favorite.

Really nice guy at the drive-through walked me through the best way to use the Taco Bell app to count calories. I ordered something from the calorie counting app I have and they don’t make it anymore. He was really nice and helpful.
