The food is perfection! It tastes the same as it did years ago (previous location) The owners are very wonderful people and the staff is wonderful as well. I’m glad they opened up again. My favorite is the carne asada dinner, corn tortillas, double rice. Everything they make is delicious.

Taqueria Alameda is a great, family-owned and run restaurant that treats customers like family with good vibes. The food is excellent, always so good, and a huge step up, with even better flavors. Dishes are very tasty and filling. Specific favorites include the Gorditas, Tacos, crispy tacos, Mexican-style tacos with the hot brown sauce, the Botana, and the barbacoa dish. The salsa is also praised. The service is friendly, accommodating, attentive, and swift. The small place is super cozy and the new, larger location at the Ford Road building has a clean dining room. It is considered the best in metro Detroit, a lovely spot where every experience is wrapped in love, and you will leave with a full belly.
