Very lousy service. Incorrect orders are routine. The personnel at the drive thru window at times are very incompetent. I no longer stop there. The issues I have encountered there have been on-going. There are many other local fast food places to spend my money at than here.
Tiny food, didn't get what I paid for, waited for 35 minutes and got dr pepper that tasted like lipstick.
I was Doordashing and grabbed one last order to deliver. There is no lobby access and I waited 40 minutes in the drive thru. Time is money for fir myself and Wendys. Not sure how they stay viable with this sort of service.
