My daughter went to Culver’s tonight to use her gift card. The card didn’t quite cover her total and one of the workers, a young man named Matthew, paid the difference for her. What a guy! Talk about great customer service and kindness.

The food was fresh and hot. After we were served, my wife noticed that she had not been given a fork for her salad. As we were finishing we noticed that our grandson had not been served his fries. There were plenty of employees and few customers, so they're was not a rush, just not attention to detail.

Great experience. Got the double culvers deluxe. Was made perfect. Best fast food burger 🍔 😋 👌. Fries were on point. Customer service was super nice and polite. Good place to grab a quick bite.
