Food is cold, I sent it back and had to wait 10 minutes. If you don't have enough staff then close instead of making us wait for cold food. I could of drove to Three Rivers in the time I had to wait.

They always seem to forget or mess something up. Today it was sauce for the nuggets when they asked and we told them yea and lo and behold get home no sauce. I shouldn’t consistently check my bag because I got the wrong order or something was forgot, one time we got sprite I get home to find out it was just water. Can we just do better guys? Your the only fast food place in town.

Hate the new ordering system had not been to McDonald's in over a year craved the French fries the other day so got some from there. Totally ruined what I looked forward to and went out my way t o set in our waiting 20 mins on curbside for my curbside order that never came out to me then had to reorder at drive threw when the order came was so over it and the worst McDonald's fries id ever ate

It's McDonald's; the same trademarked fast food you've come to expect. My first choice for a quality dining experience when the only other options include roller hotdogs and taquitos. Noticed that the burgers continue to get smaller in diameter but now the buns shrunk to match at least. Maybe it's their attempt at a lower carb keto-friendly menu. This location was clean and neat. Employees don't seem to be annoyed that you're there like at other locations. Smiling and friendly greetings to customers are so 1990's anyway. So just smile at your own reflection on the kiosk, grab your bag by number, and thank yourself for coming in.

Stopped here on our way home and waited 40 minutes for our food, they pushed our food to the side for a door dasher with 27 items, when my husband asked for a refund an older woman with brown hair was extremely rude and condescending and said “oooh can’t do that” and when my husband said “it’s been thirty minutes” she said “actually 26” place is an absolute joke, manager should be ashamed of how their staff acts

Went and picked up breakfast this morning and the breakfast burritos weren't cooked all the way, they were half cold and half warm when I got them. Normally I don't have any issues at this location but this time they burritos only cooked half through and half cold still. It really sucked because was looking forward to a nice hot fresh burrito
