This McDonalds by far is one of the best around. I live in Indiana but drive to Michigan to this McDonalds. Food is always fresh, friendly service and their ice cream machine works!! That's a big plus right there!! They just remodeled, haven't been inside yet, always drive thru but looks nice through windows.

It was even labeled special order and they still got it wrong!
Ordered 8 minutes before restaurant Sat and drive-thru for 3 minutes nobody answered the speaker Pulled to the drive-thru window waited another 2 minutes Probably pulled to the second window and still had to wait 5 minutes to get my sandwich Then the order was completely wrong had to turn around and go back Had a 25 minutes onto my trip They remade my sandwich and both had uncooked eggs and the muffins were untoasted Cheese wasn't even melted There was nobody in the drive-thru or lobby when I arrive After making a complaint the next day I went back for a free sandwich and those are the last two pictures they were actually made like they were supposed to be
I wait sometimes 10 minutes to get my food. Once, when I was again waiting for my food, I received a text concerning my father (who is in hospice) and I took the time to read it. I literally was 10 seconds into reading the text and the manager Keitha started yelling at me because I was making her wait for the money. Nevermind that I'm ALWAYS waiting longer than necessary (I've many times waited over 5 minutes just to order). I'd avoid the place and hot one of the other fast food places nearby.

My husband went through drive through this evening and when he got our order the fries were cold and we never got our other order of fries. When he went in the manager called him a later that he didn't order two orders of fries. This location is horrible not our first time here with problems. She walked away and ignored him what kind of customer service is that. If I could leave a zero star I would

This is an older McD's that gets updates every so often. There is a separate area with a door that closes and lots of windows on three sides. The food was better than some others I visited, and the service was decent.
