Everyone was very friendly. The food was thoughtfully prepared, unlike at many McDonald's places. This McDonald's showed genuine care, and everything was served warm.

Drive-through disaster.
1st time through they forgot one of our fries. Thankfully we paused to pass out the food. After getting 20 minutes down the road I opened my sandwich and it was fully naked. Just a lonely chicken patty with two soggy pickle sliced. No mayo. No lettuce or tomatoes piled high like the photo. Nothing. Im so sick of high prices and crappy food, I'm sticking with Culver's from now on.

I can't believe this but lately this location has failed me way too much! One night I waited 40 minutes for my mobile order. Only bc I couldn't cancel it!

Absolutely ridiculous wait time, spent 30 minutes in the drive thru, just to get my order wrong and employees are standing around talking. Never coming here again- huge waste of time. Food is terrible.

Always double check your sandwiches

It was even labeled special order and they still got it wrong!

Ordered 8 minutes before restaurant
Sat and drive-thru for 3 minutes nobody answered the speaker
Pulled to the drive-thru window waited another 2 minutes
Probably pulled to the second window and still had to wait 5 minutes to get my sandwich
Then the order was completely wrong had to turn around and go back
Had a 25 minutes onto my trip
They remade my sandwich and both had uncooked eggs and the muffins were untoasted
Cheese wasn't even melted
There was nobody in the drive-thru or lobby when I arrive
After making a complaint the next day I went back for a free sandwich and those are the last two pictures they were actually made like they were supposed to be

I come here almost twice a week for the past couple months and I just ordered a couple items and a chocolate shake. On my way home I find out I didnt get a chocolate shake I got a mocha frape so I turn around and drive 10 minutes back to get it switched for a chocolate milkshake. I go through the drive through and tell them the issue and the employee talked to the manager, and when they came back they told me the manager said they couldn't do anything about it and that i could buy a new milkshake. Very disappointed because ive never had an issue with this location a lot.

Pretty much what you’d expect from a McDonald’s in terms of food quality and the look of the place standard fast food, nothing fancy, but it does the job for a quick breakfast stop. The pleasant surprise here was the staff: everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful, which made the visit a lot nicer than your average fast-food experience. Overall, a solid stop when you’re on the go.

There's not a whole lot to say, it's a McDonald's, the past couple of times I've gone, I've ordered from the kiosk, so I didn't have to talk to anyone. Food was made fairly quickly

I stopped by McDonald's to grab breakfast and took it outside to eat while making a business call. However, my drink had too much ice, so I didn't get much liquid. After finishing my meal, I went back inside to ask for a refill, but the manager asked if I had purchased my food there. I pointed out that if I hadn't, I wouldn't be holding the bag and cup that my food and drink came in! She then explained that, technically, she wasn't supposed to serve me more drink since I had left the premises to eat. It's a bit amusing, really - either she didn't recognize me from when I paid, or she wasn't paying attention as a manager should be. 😊 Either way, it's okay. I'm just wondering if Burger King would have handled it differently... 🤔

Overall the fast food industry is struggling, mainly because of Covid ruined the industry. No one wants to work, and it would be a crime if you asked for help or customer service
