If I could give 0 stars I would my dad tried to call and got put on hold for 10 minutes and tried to call back and they disconnected the line and when I tried to call they didn't even answer the phone just hung up, where locals and we will never be coming back -d. sands

Wanted the BBQpork but didn’t have that so went with BBQ chicken. FAR too much BBQ sauce. Ordered light jalapeño and with the excessive amount of BBQ sauce and Jalapeños made the sandwich inedible

Our Car club stopped yesterday on Saturday at 8pm unexpectedly. I am sure they were not expecting 25 of us walking in. They did a good job of getting our food done and bringing it all to the tables. Everyone loved it and the bread sticks were huge

I'm very disappointed about how my food tasted. I got a french dip and it didn't even have a flavor all it tasted like was straight up beef broth, my food was cold and not as warm as it's supposed to be. There were flies and there were many people working in the back and still made my food taste bad.

Did not even wanna leave one star, but you have to in order to write a review. This was our first time at the Mancino’s in White pigeon. We go to Bristol all the time and it’s delicious. The service and food in White pigeon was horrible. All young kids no manager on a Saturday afternoon. Our fries and sandwiches came out burnt as you could tell in the picture. As we were still waiting on part of our order, we went and told them about the burnt fries, the person taking the order, said there was no manager to talk to, so a young girl came up, and I explained the situation they said, bring them up and we will replace them after bringing them up. The young girl looked at the fries and said they don’t look that bad and they did not replace them. as we were leaving, they all started laughing and talking about us. Very disrespectful and poor customer service.

Only person in here. After 25 minutes of waiting asked how much longer? Was told they haven’t even started my order. Not busy at all! $48 for two subs and breadsticks. Also didn’t get my $6 tip back either.

You guys knocked that Italian out of the park. The onions and peppers were crazy good too.

I been going here for about a year I became a regular it started off good at first, I was able to get one cup of free ice cause it was so hot this summer and my girl is pregnant and helped her cool down and they allowed it till the white owner say them giving it to me once a day then they changed to 2.75 for a cup ice. I'm also Army Vet for 4 1/2 years they offer veteran discount for all vets, so went every day for over a year and always got the discount till today when the white owner changed it when they seen me using it. Now you can get it only on Veterans Day. It's American own company yet y'all don't wanna show your Vets the respect we deserve.

Very disappointing to see such a long-running restaurant go so far downhill.
