“Amazing good food at this mom n pop secret gem. The portions were huge! Service was excellent and only a short wait for table of 7. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will be returning. See pics of the food and the amazing bakery they have too! If you have not been and you're near the area I highly recommend you go. The kids meals are affordable and large portions and the kids loved them. We had a mix of breakfast and lunch foods.“

“We love coming to the Moon, it’s always a stop for us. Usually most of the bartenders are friendly and timely. However, Nita (I believe her name is) is NOT friendly and very slow. We were there today, I very politely asked for my drinks and not once did she smile or even look to be happy or pleased with being at work. My husband went up the next time to get a new drink and asked her to not put anymore ice in his cup and she didn’t care what he said, she still loaded the cup full of ice. Again, had the look on her face like she didn’t care how nice someone was to her, she wasn’t gonna be nice back. Additionally, when I went up for drinks, she looked at me, looked back at the computer, and made me and someone else wait without saying “I’ll be right with you” or anything of the sorts for about 2-3 minutes.“

“I ate here Monday afternoon. It was my first brush with reality after electric forest. The place was quite busy but the staff provided fast, friendly, and accurate service! The food was incredible, especially the deluxe burger and rootbeer float. My aching feet loved that you can sit at a table and they bring your food to you!! I had broccoli and cheese soup. 1 of the best that I have tried in a long time... I ordered the fried chicken dinner with mashed potatoes and gravy.. The chicken was crispy and juicy. The mashed potatoes were hot and delicious. He had lake perch, which was crispy breading and not overcooked. He picked mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese, which was really good 👍..... “Five stars. My son is special needs and accidentally pulled a large vase down over top of him in the round booth and shattered it on the table. Within seconds, there were three different staff helping clean up and getting us all new drinks just in case glass went in them. They also moved us to the booth directly next to us so they could thoroughly clean the booth. Their food is always great, especially the pizzas but the service after this accident was outstanding. We felt so cared for and loved by the staff after this. 🥰“

“I’ve been to Rocket Pizza & Subs three times at this writing and I expect to order from them more often. The pizza is delicious and I can’t imagine anyone not enjoying it. I just moved to this area and the first night I moved in I was just calling around for someone who would deliver, and I had great service from them and a speedy delivery. The second order I picked the pizza up, as I did tonight. They make an excellent pizza and the garlic bread is fantastic! They also have a lot of items on their menu and I am looking forward to trying other menu items as well. Tonight when I called a gentleman answered and he seemed to be having a rough night, because he was quite rude and was having some difficulty understanding a straightforward order. But the pizza was wonderful and everyone has a bad day now and then.“

“I have been going to the Red Rooster Tavern for more than five decades. It is a warm, casual, wonderfully friendly atmosphere, with attentive and cheerful staff! The food is outstanding, especially their homemade pizzas, the Jack Daniels, burger, and the famous rooster balls! They have trivia on Monday nights between 7 PM and 9 PM. They also have live music on Saturday nights as well. It is the only bar and restaurant within an 8 to 10 mile radius. Many thanks to the wonderful staff that makes this truly an awesome experience! “I had not been to G&L in years because I'm not fond of chili dogs in general. But they have other things on the menu. I had the bacon cheddar burger and fries and it was much better than most fast food places. The cheese soup was very good also. Someone in the party had the special turkey club sandwich and said it also was very tasty. I definitely will be back again to try other things on the menu. Another plus here - you get waited on at your table instead of counter service.“
