I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt I needed to. The young woman that manages at night has top tier customer service! She is so polite which is super refreshing! The food was also hot and fresh with little to no wait time! Thank you!
Being that Arby's are no longer in my area , and haven't had potato cakes twords the end . On my way home I was compelled to stop. I was happy to see they still have the potato cakes ! Ordered four of them and a double beef and cheese . Some Arby's sauce and a slider kicker to go home with .

Crinkle fries were warm, not hot. Classic beef and cheddar sandwiches were sauced only on half of the sandwich. I wasn't offered extra horsey or Arby's sauce packets. Drinks had no ice in them and I do mean no ice.
