What is this? I ask if milk was added. Girl said they added milk. I tried it just because I paid for it and it made me sick to my stomach. Where's the milk? I knew I should stick to the North Muskegon location when they started charging $4 for a pup cup. Won't be back. It tastes like straight espresso. ? Yes this is exactly how it was handed to me before trying it.

I love BIGGBY, but this one in Whitehall is the slowest unfortunately. The drive thru line can get very long and it moves very slow. I enjoy the lotus energy drinks from BIGGBY and their Asiago bagels are tasty with cream cheese, American cheese and sausage! One of my favorite breakfast items. The staff are always friendly even when they are slammed busy. A great place to get coffee but not if you are on a time crunch!

Everytime i go through the drive thru or come in, the lady named Ammie is very rude to me and her coworkers. I’ve also heard her talking bad about other workers. I’m no longer going back here until she’s gone. Ugly person with an ugly attitude is not who I would like to get my every day coffee from!

They were quick with the service, & the specialty coffee drink I ordered was pretty delicious, just could've been mixed better. I had a lot of big chunks of ice in it.Wheelchair accessibility: You can park rite in front of the building.

They ask you if you want to put a tip on your card. Poor form. A tip is not something you ask for, especially after a 30 second interaction through a drive-thru window. Everything else is fine but this made me uncomfortable and is pretty shady.

They start to clean all their blenders at 7:15 so if you want almost anything off their menu don’t bother going after 7:15.
If you're looking to get drinks after 7:20 pm don't bother. They shut down the blenders way before they close and won't serve any frozen drinks. It's happened to me twice now.

Coffee is good and they offer a huge coffee menu. I love how they can make almost any drink sugar free. The people who work there are really nice. Sadly, the drive-through takes a really long time. However, I'll continue to come and wait, because I really do like the coffee :) Happy to have a location in Whitehall!

Consistency. This location just completely lacks it. We usually bypass Whitehall and go all the way to Apple where the service and consistency is spectacular.. I feel like every time we come to this location some thing is not made properly. It’s either missing the shot of zip or missing the cream bass or missing lemonade. It’s NEVER MADE THE SAME. Staff is super friendly but consistently is the key!
