My latte was on point and I appreciated the cheery staff while I waited. One even complimented my hat on the way out. Most likely will stop again on my way passing through.
Consistent drinks and great staff!
The wait is fairly short relative to how busy they are, at their busiest today I only had to wait a few minutes. Interior is clean and the music choice is great. I got a Redbull mocktail and it tasted great but halfway through drinking it the ice started melting and there was stuff floating in it. I'm guessing they just got busy and forgot to clean their ice maker, and I usually order with no ice or light ice so it hasn't been a huge problem for me except for today when I forgot...read full review

BIGGBY COFFEE in Whitehall is known for its tasty Asiago bagels with cream cheese, which are totally amazing. The people here are so kind and the staff remains friendly even during busy times, with workers that are very patient. The drive-thru is usually quick during the week, but on Saturday mornings it is usually a longer wait. Orders have always been correct. The place inside is so artsy and lots of color. It is a great spot for coffee lovers, especially if time is not a concern. Wheelchair accessibility is convenient with parking right in front of the building.
