“At first we were very excited to have Chris cater our son’s wedding in 2026. After sending a $300.00 deposit, that was cashed on August 27, 2025, to save the date, we waited for written confirmation of services she was going to provide. This was never received even after repeated attempts. Based on lack of response we booked with someone else. I requested the refund of the deposit on November 11, 2025 with a phone call directly with Chris. So for the promised return of the $300.00 deposit has not been fulfilled. Chris came back and changed her story that is was a retainer fee. DO NOT do business with Chris. Very unprofessional and unresponsive.“
