We decided on a family style dinner format which was just an absolutely amazing option to have. Our tables shared and conversed over food as if each table was having an elegant thanksgiving feast. The tenderloin was flavorful and perfectly cooked. The chicken was juicy and fell right off the bone. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. Josh is amazing to work with. He’s precise with the details and truly makes himself available for his clients. I left the reception hall to get my hair done in the bridal suite and when I came back out every single place setting was immaculately set. They pay attention to every detail.
