The food was nice and hot and fresh. The manager seen a mess and she handled it quickly. She was very kind and the crew was quick and organized. Well put together team. Even my 10pc nuggets was in line.

just got some food from here and we received no sauces. which is fine mistakes happen, so we park and go inside and proceed to wait for 15 mins at the front while multiple workers walked right passed us and at a few times were standing around talking and laughing, we tried to yell several times to grab someone’s attention, and just got ignored. When finally some guy came to help us and pretended like he didn’t see us there for 15 mins, by the time we got back out to our car all of our food was cold!!! thanks! do your jobs!

We ordered from the app. The girl said it wasn't at this location, which in fact it was. As we double checked. She was rude, wrong, and inconsiderate. The line was insanely long, as we waited 25 minutes to be told they didn't have our order.

So we pulled in to McDonald's for a 8:42pm Diet Cokes. At the drive thru they said it would be at least a 20 minute wait because they were short staffed. We called their bluff and waited 11 minutes. Staff at both windows were very rude since we inconvenienced them to do their job.

you really do not need to be rude. i’ve gone to this location for years, they were doing pretty amazing up until the end of summer. suddenly everytime i go now they’re beyond rude and act annoyed you’re ordering??? if you hate your job quit, don’t take it on people just coming to get some dinner.

My order was simple and articulate. Still, seemed difficult for the less-than-personable employees working the drive-thru. They omitted my entire meal, then said I needed to drive around again and order it LOL. Epic fail. Also, work on your people skills.
