Been there seven times they've never got my order right once this morning they had me pull forward because she said it takes longer to make a sandwich without onions half an hour later you get the wrong sandwich took it back same nasty attitude through the receipt at me told me I was a liar that I didn't order what I ordered even though I had a receipt with me the paper one and the one on the phone I think this lady needs to find a new job apparently fast food and customer service is not her forte

Mostly, I order iced coffee. Nuggets once in a blue moon. I enjoy the vanilla iced coffee. If this is the acme location, do yourself a favor and don't try to turn left onto 131. Turn right on 72 and go right on Mt. Hope rd- your life won't flash before your eyes if you heed my advice, whippersnapper.

I ordered online around the time they switch to lunch. The girl at the window had an attitude like I was the biggest inconvenience. Let alone my coffee wasn’t even the flavor I ordered and was absolutely disgusting.

I am thankful and amazed at the quality of customer service I received today. I went here on my lunch break today around 1115 in a hurry and I didn't notice while ordering that the first window rang me up wrong. I got to the second window only to realize I was getting a double cheese instead of a double quarter and I was starving. I explained what happened to the older lady and she was so sweet and understanding. Had me pull forward and then expedited my sandwich and I made it back on time and the food was tasty and special order accurate. Thank you!
Filet fish sandwich and a small beverage, $8.90. 18 minutes with two cars ahead of me in the drive up line; I guess this is the best we can do in America right now. Might as well go to Culver's.

The McDonald’s in Williamsburg sells bottled orange juice, not cup and straw orange juice. Call me crazy but the orange juice that comes in a cup and straw tastes better lol. Service was a little slow, but I was also at the tail end of breakfast time so it’s kind of understandable.

Sooooo frustrated. I have a severe dairy allergy. Therefore, I always order things with no cheese. Its not that difficult to follow the instructions on the receipt that state in all caps, NO DAIRY. NO CHEESE. Every single darn time I order there, guess what's on it?!?!!!!!! Yup. Cheese. Every time myself or my husband go there, we have to take my food back. Not only does it have cheese, but it often lacks other things that I may have requested on it in its place, like pickles. So. Over. It. Get better, guys! You could kill someone and not take it seriously. Just get better. Period.
