Let me just start out with something, any McDonald's that doesn't have a drink fountain in the lobby automatically loses a star from me. It's disrespectful to the customer, and is just a ploy to get more money out of you. I will say at least this one will give you a refill if you ask. Another automatic star loss for me, is this particular McDonald's doesn't have menu boards up!? How insane is that? It's deceptive if you don't want to be forced to use the stupid kiosk, which I really hate. This location the buy 1 breakfast sandwhich get 1 for dollar was missing the steak McGriddle option which was also irritating. Now the food was just fine, very standard for McDonald's. I ate dinner and breakfast here, and was happy to find some outlets to use which has vanished in many McDonald's. Overall, this location is fine, perhaps better in the drive thru then their lobby experience.

I'm surprised I haven't seen any other reviews of this location about the taste of the drinks. They taste strange, like some minerals or salt or something. I think they need to filter their water (maybe it's the ice?) or refresh their soda machine. We specifically never order drinks from this location for this reason. It's unfortunate because I usually love Coca-Cola from McDonald's. =)

It’s McDonalds, not a five star restaurant. But man I had the greatest Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese I have ever had in history. It was so fresh. 🤣❤️

The people that work at this store are by far the slowest in traverse city. More specifically, it is their breakfast crew that is slower than molasses.

Been there seven times they've never got my order right once this morning they had me pull forward because she said it takes longer to make a sandwich without onions half an hour later you get the wrong sandwich took it back same nasty attitude through the receipt at me told me I was a liar that I didn't order what I ordered even though I had a receipt with me the paper one and the one on the phone I think this lady needs to find a new job apparently fast food and customer service is not her forte

Mostly, I order iced coffee. Nuggets once in a blue moon. I enjoy the vanilla iced coffee. If this is the acme location, do yourself a favor and don't try to turn left onto 131. Turn right on 72 and go right on Mt. Hope rd- your life won't flash before your eyes if you heed my advice, whippersnapper.

I ordered online around the time they switch to lunch. The girl at the window had an attitude like I was the biggest inconvenience. Let alone my coffee wasn’t even the flavor I ordered and was absolutely disgusting.

I am thankful and amazed at the quality of customer service I received today. I went here on my lunch break today around 1115 in a hurry and I didn't notice while ordering that the first window rang me up wrong. I got to the second window only to realize I was getting a double cheese instead of a double quarter and I was starving. I explained what happened to the older lady and she was so sweet and understanding. Had me pull forward and then expedited my sandwich and I made it back on time and the food was tasty and special order accurate. Thank you!

Filet fish sandwich and a small beverage, $8.90. 18 minutes with two cars ahead of me in the drive up line; I guess this is the best we can do in America right now. Might as well go to Culver's.
