This place was amazing. Authentic mexican food. They have homemade salsas and guacamole and homemade chips, all packed in sustainable packaging. I love it here!!

Very unimpressed. Low quality cheap ingredients seem to go into their food. Little flavor. They make and sell a dozen different salsas but no one at my table received ANY salsa with their meal, nor was any offered at any price. Weird. I ordered unsweetened iced tea and they had neither Splenda or lemon. She brought out lime and an opened non hygienic container of what she said was artificial sweetener. I am sure food laws and regulations don't allow that. I ordered a steak dish. It was low quality chopped meat. The lettuce had that metallic stale taste.

I have been coming here for years, it used to be my favorite. The salsa still hands down great. The chips are different and not authentic crisp. The service- guy at front not pleasant and doesn’t care about much except his phone. Food hands down, quality horrible- the steak always is gritty and now over priced.. sucks because it used to be a gem.

We ordered over 150 dollers and tip with tip included dand the food wuz no good under cook and I would never go to that place again it wuz give of us and all are food no good and we try to tell them and they said that how that cook it and they do nothing to make it better

Paid almost $70 for 3 small portioned takeout entrees, & a jarritos. The entrees were small portions & no flavor. The rice & beans were not good. Overpriced & overrated.

The guy taking my order was too busy texting on his phone to bother with me...he was obviously annoyed that I had questions about their limited menu. The food wasn't anything like what I was expecting, especially for the inflated price. The quesadilla was actually horrible. I would never eat there again.

Small but very clean. Food was very good! Authentic Mexican flavors. The guacamole was so good! Had chicken quesadilla and it was very good. Large portions. Service was great too. Will definitely eat there again.

I'm from Chicago, and our Mexican food is SO much better! Osorio's prices were higher too. I will say the quality was excellent and very fresh. The staff was very friendly.
