Had buffet paid 130 dollars. Crab legs were undercooked couldn’t hardly get out . Prime rib was cold. Way overpriced. Machines were terrible.
I receive my June member packet in the mail. It said that I had received specific rewards for the month of June. The paperwork has my name and member number on them. Went to redeem them I was told that there was a marketing error and those weren't my rewards even though they contained my name, member number, and were mailed to my house. After a unsatisfactory conversation at the member club, they told me that they would not honor my printed rewards. Very unhappy customer.
The most ridiculous prices for food, for a place that eats away at our money already why have a deli that serves over priced food
They are known to payout less than the other local casinos....don't waste your time on the big flashy lights. Go further north for better payouts.
This place was great!! We had low expectations being that it was after 1:30am in a casino but it was the only thing open. The chili cheese fries and fish and chips were great!! The workers were so friendly even though it was close to closing time. And we ended up coming back the next day to eat there again during the day even though we had other choices because the food was as good as and it was good again! We will be back.

Was losing all my money, and then hit at the very last machine and left!
Just a heads up for vegetarians that they don't do the Impossible Burger anymore. You can have them leave meat off of some of the other menu items, but they no longer have anything specifically for vegetarians.

The Shuttle buses are always there to take you to your destination. All the machines and free pop. The restaurants are delicious.
Food is great and the customer service is great. Plus the food is not too expensive.
